Who manages the details on the 'Player' record in a fantasy game?

All details of a 'Player' record are managed by the Game Admin of a fantasy game. However, if you are an 'End User', with a 'Player' record in a fantasy game, you CAN also manage the basic details of your 'Player' record. For this to happen, you MUST be 'Verified' by the Game Admin of that game, for you to be able to directly manage your 'player' record in that game. More details on how to manage your 'player' record can be found here. More details on how a 'Game Admin' can verify and map an 'End User' and 'Player' record can be found here.
