Games > Teams Click on 'Add New Fixture' Enter and create all the 'Fixtures' for each 'Team' in which the players of your club would be playing during the season You can create all fixtures at the same time for the entire duration of your season, or create fixtures each week (as long as they are created before the start of the lockout in which those matches are to be played within. Note: If a fixture for the gameweek (i.e. the lockout period) is not entered before the start of that lockout period, you CANNOT enter / update scores for that match in that period. Click 'Save' to finish. Use the options of Delete / Active / Deactivate (only if needed). At most times you should not require to use these options. Fixtures > Import Fixtures Easily add multiple fixtures by using the fixtures import tool. Simply create your fixtures list in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format using the format defined below. Once your file is ready, upload your CSV file and click 'Import Fixtures' button. Grade Code can be found next to the Grade Name created in the Grades section Team Code can be found next to the Team Name created in the Teams section Valid Match Types are: 1-Day 2-Day (for Cricket only) Valid StartDate format is: dd/mm/yyyy Valid EndDate format is: dd/mm/yyyy Required fields are Gradecode, Teamcode, Matchtype, StartDate, EndDate There must be no blank spaces in the 5 required fields Import function will not process in case of error in the information on the import file File Format: NO HEADINGS REQUIRED in the first row of your CSV file. Each row MUST contain a new fixture information based on the required field (for example below, Columns are separated by a comma (,) in this example):: Gradecode*, Teamcode*, Match Type*, Start Date*, End Date* G00001, T00001, 1-Day, 02/05/2021, 02/05/2021 G00001, T00002, 1-Day, 09/05/2021, 09/05/2021 * = Required; Grade & Team Code can be found from 'Grades' and 'Teams' page on Admin Portal Once the Fixtures list has been imported, you can edit and change all fixtures information by going to the Fixtures section (under Games tab).
